Urban Future Fund is driven by a multidisciplinary team of entrepreneurs and professionals with a shared ambition: to shape meaningful urban places while creating sustainable financial value.

The team combines hands-on experience in real estate development — including landmark projects such as De Hoorn and Zuidoever — with complementary expertise in finance, strategy, urban planning, sustainability and communication. This diversity allows Urban Future Fund to approach each project not only as an investment, but as an integrated urban opportunity.

The Board of Directors consists of Pieter Goiris, Werner Camps, Johan van Reeth, Said El Khadraoui and Dieter Nieuwdorp.

Their combined track record spans real estate development, urban transformation and corporate leadership, with experience built at top-tier organizations across marketing and communication, finance, urban planning, public policy and corporate strategy.
